Connect Groups

Church is more than a service.

It's about people experiencing life together, helping one-another deal with real life issues by diving into the word of God weekly. No matter what your status, struggles, or life circumstances there is a place for you. Each week small groups meet together to explore God's word and look at biblical responses to the challenges we face.

Moving Toward Maturity

Part of the discipleship process at Scotts Hill is to engage in Moving Toward Maturity (MTM). MTM classes consist of spiritually and emotionally enriching small group Bible Studies that take place outside of our Sunday morning Connect Groups. These groups, covering various subjects and topics, are designed to help believers move toward maturity of faith in Jesus Christ.

The fall session of MTM goes from August 30 to November 15.

MTM takes place on the main campus of Scotts Hill at 6:45pm (doors open at 6:30) on Wednesday Nights.

Men Of The Hill

Transforming a community… One man at a time. The mission of the Scotts Hill Baptist Church Men’s Ministry is to transform men by encouraging a personal and intentional relationship with Jesus Christ. This includes encouraging men to grow deeper in their walk with God, establishing men in the Word of God, equipping men to be the authentic man God created them to be, and extending men as leaders and servants in their home and community. All this is accomplished by men taking part in one-to-one and small group relationships.
