CHURCH WIDE...
The Truth Project...We are living in a time where absolute truth is obsolete. In this post-modern society experience is much more valid than objective truth. In other words, my feelings are more important than facts. This thought has infiltrated the church. The result is we have adopted a secular world view.
It is time for the church to get back to a biblical world view. Beginning this Wednesday at 7 PM in the Worship Center, we will launch a new six-week series entitled The Truth Project. This is one of the most outstanding studies on helping the church to regain a biblical world view. Only as you and I are armed with truth can we stand against the lies of this age. Will you join us in this quest?

FAITH
Do you want to be equipped to share Jesus with others? If you do, join us this afternoon at 5 PM in Room 201. We will begin a six-week personal evangelism training session. We will meet from 5 PM to 6 PM each week. We look forward to seeing you!

SINGLES

College/Singles Spaghetti Lunch
On Sunday, June 1, our college/singles will be serving a spaghetti lunch beginning at 11:00 AM in the Family Life Center. Donations will be accepted for the meal. All proceeds will be used to help fund their summer mission trip to Ecuador. Please help us better prepare by completing the form and placing it in the offering plate. Thanks for your support.

REFUGE
REFUGE is the place of midweek refreshment for college students and young single adults of Scotts Hill Baptist Church and our community. The Psalmist said, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble,” and we know that the world can be very troubling as it comes against us. Isn’t it great to think that God is there to be our refuge and our strength for whatever may come our way? As I reflected on this passage I thought what a great name for our midweek service. It is my prayer that as we come together, that no matter what may be going on in your life, you will be able to come and be recharged, refueled and that you might be able to regroup for the rest of your week. Please join us each Thursday at 6:45 PM upstairs in the Cross Point Center.
