Tucker Kelly
Campus Pastor 

Tucker Kelly has been part of the Scotts Hill family from a young age and has faithfully served in student ministry from 2015 to 2025. In 2019, he was set apart as Student Pastor, and now he steps into a new role as Scotts Hill’s first Multisite Campus Pastor. He is passionate about helping people discover Jesus, develop in His Word, and deploy their lives in His work as the gospel transforms lives and communities.

Donald Bartlett

Worship Pastor
Donald “Donnie” Bartlett has served in worship ministry for over two decades and has been part of the Scotts Hill Baptist Church family since September 2017. In 2019, he was called as Assistant Pastor of Worship and Older Adults, where he continues to lead with a heart for Christ-centered worship and meaningful discipleship across generations. Donnie is a graduate of the 10,000 Fathers Worship School and earned a Master’s degree in Worship Arts from Northern Seminary in 2019. Prior to joining Scotts Hill, he served as Worship Pastor and Youth Pastor at Macedonia Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky, and as Director of Worship at Suncrest United Methodist Church in Morgantown, West Virginia. His ministry journey began in Morgantown, where he faithfully served for many years as a worship leader in local church settings. Donnie is passionate about helping people see the beauty of the gospel, respond in worship, and grow as faithful followers of Jesus.
